Change of Managing Partner at Eversheds Sutherland Finland
Partner and Attorney-at-Law Touko Raitis has been appointed Managing Partner of Eversheds Sutherland Finland. He succeeds Johan Wesander, who has led the firm for the past three years.
Touko Raitis has been with the firm for almost 14 years and has extensive experience in business leadership and development. A highly respected and trusted colleague at Eversheds Sutherland Finland, he has successfully led the firm’s Insolvency and Restructuring Practice for several years. Under his leadership, Eversheds Sutherland Finland will continue to develop its operations and support its clients’ success in a changing business environment.

Niina Rosenlund
Partner
Niina Rosenlund has extensive experience in dispute resolution, both before general courts and in arbitration proceedings. She also advises clients on matters relating to management liability and financial offence cases. Niina has frequently acted as a sole arbitrator and as a member of arbitral tribunals, and she has also served on several occasions as a trustee in redemption disputes under the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act.
