M&A
M&A

Eversheds Sutherland advised Kamrock Oy, on the acquisition of part of the crushing business of Peab Industri Oy, which operates under the Swerock brand. The transaction was carried out as a business transfer and includes four crushing plants together with the related equipment.

Following the transaction, Kamrock will operate a total of 26 crushing plants in Finland and Northern Sweden. Kamrock serves the mining, construction and infrastructure sectors, working with both large national operators and local players.

The added production capacity strengthens the company’s ability to serve customers flexibly according to their sites and production needs across its operating area. In addition to the equipment, a significant part of the transaction is the experienced crushing professionals who transfer to Kamrock with the business.

We provided end-to-end transaction support to Kamrock, from the initial discussions to the final transaction agreement,

Our team was led by Partner Kirsi Karvonen, together with Nikolas Sjöberg, Torsti Lakari and Kaija Pulkkinen.
