Loihde Plc acquires BLC Turva Oy

Loihde Plc has entered into an agreement to acquire BLC Turva Oy, a well-established specialist in corporate security systems and services. With this strategic step, Loihde is further consolidating its position as Finland’s leading provider of comprehensive security solutions for businesses.

The addition of BLC Turva enhances Loihde’s regional presence and strengthens its capability to deliver security services across Finland. The acquisition will also reinforce Loihde’s service offering in voice evacuation, video surveillance and alarm systems and physical security solutions.

We advised Loihde Plc in the transaction.

The transaction is subject to the approval of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, and the approval by the general meeting of Loihde Plc.
