– A great achievement. Our position at the very top of the deal count rankings has become well established, and our trajectory throughout the 2020s has been consistently upward. Our deal flow ranging from reverse IPO’s and high value cross-border transactions to strategic combinations and top of the line venture capital deals illustrates the depth and broad expertise of our team. This is something we can genuinely be proud of, says partner Henrik Sandholm, Head of Transaction Services.

The 2025 ranking continues Eversheds Sutherland Finland’s strong performance in Mergermarket’s deal count rankings in recent years and demonstrates the firm’s ability to act as a trusted adviser across a wide range of transactions, regardless of market conditions.

Mergermarket’s Legal M&A Ranking is based on publicly announced transactions during the year and is one of the most closely followed international benchmarks for assessing M&A market activity.
