We are delighted to have acted the holistic advisor to our client, Insta Group, in its regional expansion through the acquisition of Apex Automation Oy, a specialist in industrial automation and electrical design. The transaction marks another milestone in our long-standing collaboration and is the second transaction we have successfully completed together within the past year.

The acquisition supports technology powerhouse Insta’s strategy to strengthen its position as a leader in industrial electrical automation and digitalization, while enabling joint growth and enhancing its capability to deliver increasingly large-scale projects efficiently and close to customers. Insta has been on an impressive growth trajectory for 14 consecutive years, with its 2024 turnover once again reaching a record-high EUR 176.2 million.
