TMF Finland Oy: Acquisition of Navigator Partners Oy

Eversheds advised TMF Finland Oy, part of TMF Group, on its acquisition of the entire share capital of Navigator Partners Oy from holding companies owned by five private individuals. The transaction represents a significant expansion for TMF in Finland, tripling the company’s local revenue and headcount. TMF has traditionally served its international clients with operations in Finland, and the acquisition strengthens its position among Finnish clients as well.

Our work covered the full legal scope of the transaction, including legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating the share purchase agreement, and taking the deal through to signing and closing.
